CrushCamp Run Pack

Crush your run goals at CrushCamp's Run Pack on Thursday nights! All levels are welcome to enjoy this free, 5-7km outdoor run, followed by some social stretching, rolling and connecting. Meet in the lobby of CrushCamp East Village. The pack will leave at 6:00pm sharp.

East Village Craft Fair

Shop from local residents and organizations at this affordable holiday market. Items for sale include Articles by East Village merchandise, coffee, jewelry, holiday cards, artwork, knitting, wreaths and more. There will be hot chocolate, popcorn, a build your own cookie jar station (includes all the ingredients needed to bake cookies), and a holiday wrapping station. Vendor purchases are cash only.

OTAHPIAAKI 2019: ÍSSTOÍYÍTAHSINNI

The Otahpiaaki fashion show creates a gathering place for Indigenous designers, artists, musicians, and performers to showcase and celebrate indigenous beauty in all of its forms – intellectual, physical, emotional,and spiritual. This year, their runway will be at the Central Library and the event will include designer ateliers and literary features on each floor.

The YYScene presents: Songsmith Sundays with Carter Felker

Country-folk singer-songwriter Carter Felker hosts the King Eddy's favourite Sunday series throughout November. Every week, Carter will present a chill weekend set with a rotating cast of guests.

Remembrance Day Service

Join Fort Calgary on Remembrance Day for a special service facilitated by the RCMP Veteran’s Association of Calgary. This moving, commemorative ceremony features bagpipes, readings and choral singers.

Bookers’ 7th Annual BBQ for Real Heroes
