MULTICULTURAL MARCH
Art of Inclusion Society invites you to a FREE family friendly event to celebrate Canadian Multiculturalism Day. Enjoy a 6km walk along the Bow River, crafts, entertainment, live music, and food trucks.

HOMEGROWN COUNTRY: CELEBRATING CANADIAN COUNTRY MUSIC EXHIBITION LAUNCH
To commemorate the Canadian Country Music Awards' return to Calgary, the National Music Centre is pleased to launch this six-month special exhibition profiling some of Canada's biggest country artists, industry builders, and new faces.

CANADA DAY AT STUDIO BELL
Dive into Canada’s rich musical history with an array of new exhibits celebrating iconic Canadians, enjoy hands-on, family-friendly activities and pop-up performances across multiple floors, and take advantage of FREE* admission all day on July 1, courtesy of Bell.

EAST VILLAGE STREET FAIR
Street vendors, food trucks, live music and cultural dancing. Local businesses are showcasing many unique goods and the community garden area will host face painters and balloon twisters, right beside the community playground and dog park.

CANADA DAY AT FORT CALGARY
Inside you can enjoy our Indigenous Learning Space and a station to try-on Mountie uniforms. Outside we will have food trucks, kids crafts, an artifact tent, temporary tattoos, face painting, and the NWMP brass band. There will also be a family-friendly indoor/outdoor beer garden.

Cost: Admission is by donation, including non-perishable food donation to the Veteran’s Food Bank.
Canada Day at Central Library
Why not celebrate Canada Day at the Library, eh? Head over to the Central Library on July 1 to recognize and celebrate the many stories of Canada. Take part in special storytimes, crafts for all ages, Indigenous games and a tipi raising, and even a road hockey game! Enjoy Calgary Public Library’s Canadian Film Festival, musical performances, take a tour of the library, and receive a poem written just for you, on the spot!

Canada Day Youth Showcase at the King Eddy
On July 1st, the King Eddy will present No Cover Canada Day, a family-friendly bash in celebration of Canada’s 152nd birthday with a roster of local youth performing heart-exploding sets.
